Honeywell Security - Galaxy 2-12 - Help Needed.

Hello everyone. Hope there is someone here who could help me out with a problem with my alarm system.

It is a Galaxy 2-12 system. Fitted by ADT before i moved in.

Asking ADT for advice or to fix the problem isnt an option as they want too much money and im not working.

Alarm display was saying "Master Reset Required"

I did have a guy from ADT once who gave me a code and showen me how to do it. But i cant remember.

On the peice of paper he gave me it says to

1: Enter my code

2: Go to "Modify"

3: Enable LV3 user access

4: ESC to menu

5: Put me code in.

Ive tried this but now its stuck in Engineer mode and i cant get out of it.

Can anyone help me get this alarm back online? Thanks. Carl

With the manager code you are using an engineer code but you need to fix your battery issue first

If you change the battery and the green led on the keypad continues to flash make sure the battery fuse is okay, if new battery and fuse okay in engineer mode put in 51 enter then 17 enter twice to restart
