dmc Posted December 8, 2011 Share Posted December 8, 2011 Hello, I've recently installed an Accenta G4 without problems - When I powered down removing both mains and battery the external siren went off. I expected this. My question is what does one do if a PIR requires replacement, that is, replace it with a live control panel or power down and annoy the neighbors for 20 minutes? itesecurity Posted December 8, 2011 Share Posted December 8, 2011 Remove fuse from spur unit, put it into engineers, remove the endstation cover, remove auxilary fuse that feeds your PIR's (or remove the positive feeds for your pir's from the terminal), replace PIR and then do the above in reverse order.
