Id say you have an issue on your other post that would affect any panel. scanny stuff was years ago very reliable. They went through a glitch with the mosiac stuff where it wasnt reliable. But now id say it was. We dont use it, we use galaxy and hkc. I thonk you should get to the bottom of the issue with your scanny stuff rather than blame the product... for now.
