9651 Posted May 25, 2011 Share Posted May 25, 2011 Just dont fit one in a engineering workshop. We've got a food factory in a huge mill in Manchester. Originally loads of little alarms on site so we fitted a 2500, with mixture of iD and HW nodes. We had a leg that went into the onsite engineers workshop. Given with a galaxy you can wire 2 zones on 3 cores of a cable, it's easy enough to bring 4 zones to a single point with a pair left over for power on an 8-core Cable.
