Time has come to change the batteries and I forgotten how to keep the thing silent as I do so. Does anyone have a copy of the instructions please. The download you sent was not actually for the Yale model I have but with a bit of delving I was able to pick out the relevent info. Then, would you believe, when I had almost completed changing the batteries my wife came in and said, "Is this what your were looking for?."
