lionelgee1939 Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 Have Optima XM6 (already installed when we bought house) but no manual for troubleshooting. Alarm sounded yeserday am for no apparent reason, Zone 2 lit up . Disarmed it and tried to reset but zone 2 button remains lit, no other keys on keypad will respond, will not reset, power button is lit, all sensors working, outside box is performing as normal.
