Bottom line is yes you can fit commercial or domestics regardless of qualification/ability/licencing of any sort. Just point your comercial customers in the ICO's direction after. Just point your comercial customers in the ICO's direction after. The system designed and installed has to be fit for purpose, so the purpose of the system (ie each camera view and the control/recording system setup) has to be considered and defined, otherwise the client may be placed in breach of the DPA. Protects both parties and provides a reference if there is any queries (or issues) at a later date. You would be surprised how many times the end user thinks a camera will offer number plate or face recognition from a camera originally designed for general views only.
