Redwalls Over Distance

I am having to install redwall detectors at distances of between 3 and 700 metres! I am running other wires through galvanised conduit and was hoping to run 8 core for the detectors! Do I have any other options other than supplying 240v closer to the towers I will be fixing the detectors to??

couldnt you just run the power through a twin flat flex rated at .75mm

QFA!

QFA?? Dunno what that means! :)

It wasn't so much the power, it's the signal. Anyhow, I have used Genesis over 750 successfully in the past. This job is just a vehicle storage compound so I have line of sight etc. so no probs now. Thanks.

p.s. Spoke with optex who recommend no more than 100m for wired redwall detectors.
