Service Engineer Posted April 26, 2004 Share Posted April 26, 2004 I was on call all last week, and didn`t get a single call I am on call 1 week in every 3, and since Christmas have only been out once ........................................................ Service Engineer Posted April 26, 2004 Share Posted April 26, 2004 Were a relatively small company with about 6000 regular customers on the database, and quite a few who just call if they need assistance, I think our callout figures are extremelly low considering. ........................................................ Security Technician Posted April 28, 2004 Share Posted April 28, 2004 oh i know how you guys feel. i used to work for a local nacoss intruder company, and the call out was 1 night a week until weekend when u did both days, 9 times out of 10 it was manic!!!, fiver standby allowance then time and half and double time etc when out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
