binthere
On Christmas day our TalkTalk ISDL failed completely the LED on the Modem constantly flashed indicating no connection. Boxing day no problem !! TalkTalk has been a real struggle firstly the Direct Debit mandate being entered by them wrong, they cut us off with NO warning, then reinstated and within 24hours cut off again because the Modem payment was not paid due to their failure to enter the correct Bank Acc no. We were connected within 8 hours after paying by credit card. Then 15 Emails later without response, endless phone calls without speaking to anyone (to busy constant waiting) Then problems with ISDL dropping out speaking to an Indian was to say the least hard work without any useful help whatsoever other than realising they must employ ex tugboat captains employees in India with constant replies 'Yes Sir But But But But' Be advisedwith talktalk when working fine at troubled times always take Valium and a lifejacket!! norman
QFA, ya gets what ya pays for, and I bet they will never invest in it either, I know two people who report e-mails taking up to 4 days. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Smart Electrics
Free never means free when it comes to business. I have been tempted by this OLO and others but thought better of it. No investment means no future in the network.
