Hi Andrew and hello,

any forum's value is the sum of it's resources and information, so a very warm welcome to you. it can get a bit fiery in here at times, but thats because all of us are always right, and the 'nobody is better than me' ethos that prevails, we are very passionate about what we do.

that makes the 'bun fights' real good fun

Hi Andrew, I'm new here myself but I've been installing alarms and access control for 20 years. Got a very basic single phone 5 wire Terraneo entryphone that's lacking communication skills at the moment, the customer can hear the caller speak but the caller can't hear her. It's been working fine for a couple of years, tried another phone, no joy, so I assume it's the amp/speaker in the external unit. I'd like to avoid buying a whole new kit if I can but can't find Terraneo themselves (bought the original from Gardiner Security). Any ideas??

cheers, Richard (Hodgheg)

Why do the door stations have to be in horrid hinged boxes,

why can I get a only get a 2 door station with psu built in, now I've got charcoal grey boxes next to white steel psu's.....

with an ACT2000 is it possable for the win pro lite to pull the programming out of the controller or does it just download?

Hi Richard

Afraid i can't really help you on this one. Our products are 'Access Control' as opposed to 'Door Entry'. Also i know little about the Terraneo range of products but i'm sure there will be someone knowledgeable enough on here to help/assist.

cheers

Andrew
