Hi, I have a customer who has forgotten the password they were given at install and now can't get hold of the original installation company (typical). Does anybody know of a way to reset the machine back to factory default? Preferably without clearing the HDD. I know how to do other machines by shorting onboard jumpers but this isn't a machine I'm familiar with. xVision XHD 4channel XHR1080D4 Willing to pay if necessary. Cheers, J

Hi, we have two XP400r's and one of them shows the error 'no record' when attempting to playback saved footage on three of the eight cameras configured on it.. The footage is saved internally to the drive and other cameras on the same system are fine. We were trying to setup motion detection on one of the cameras so it only recorded footage when motion was detected - needless to say we could not get this to work apart from saving it to the local pc we were running the XCMS-Control software on. Problem is, we had little or no training on this system and I am finding that online support for these systems is basic. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Scott
