    My alarm won’t switch off when we put the code in. The power was switched off when we were changing some light switches. When we switched it back on the alarm started and didn’t switch off.

      Hi Sally. It's often the case when stuff is badly or not looked after it breaks down. When was it last serviced?

      We don’t have the manual. I’ve joined this forum as I have seen discussions on manuals. It is an ADE optima. I’ve no idea how old it is but currently have no electricity at all because it won’t switch off.
