Problems arise if we have a power cut and the alarm goes off. While the mains power is off we have no control to cancel the alarm as the keypad is dead for the duration of the power cut.
I have checked the battery in the cabinet and it is fully charged. Should the battery provide power to the keypad during mains power cuts or is this something we (and the neighbours) have to live with?
