HV is holdup confirmed

Grading, if using mask/fault reporting you'd need to hang about 3 busicuts out of each detector

Still got several karizma plus panels going strong, we have heaps of spare biscuits and usually replace any dead panels with texecom and an iD expander. Yet to rewire any sites to EOL though, has anyone had to rewire any iD sites to EOL yet?
We tend to go texe route and give the customer he choice . If it's an upgrade for say comms, rewire/configure as much h/w as possible, then add wireless if required

So just to pick up on this, there's nothing stopping me getting AM licence for this for one workstation for instance
does AM work well in keeping track? Presuming you can add warning letters, and it has some kind of 12monthly rolling database where they will automatically reinstate the level?
im sick of the outdated crappy spreadsheeets we use I want something that just works tbh, keeping track at any warnings received and if they have been escalated to level 3. Granted we don't get hardly any but it's such a long winded way keeping track
Any feed back on AM handling this would be great, unless there's any alternatives?
thanks

You got the switch in the correct range?
-
I was hoping there was something that I could just use stand alone as this is the only thing that I can't really intergrate with the DAtabase we currently use
ideally we we would use mentor/alarm master but it won't happen with how we are set up from our electrical arm
-
These must be conflicts or something?
Unplug and try one at a time?
-
Not got any issues as yet, got quite a few out there now
infact we are finishing off a 60 cam install at the mo, no issues as yet
mixture of wedge cams and bullets

Evening
what are you guys using to keep track of urns etc?
As we are part of a lager organisation we don't use industry specific alarm management software, we are tied to HQ's by ISO was management software so things like this are on spreadsheets still, which is a pain and needs updating
Is there anything "off the shelf" that can keep progress of warning letters/ lost response etc?

you do realise a home control will do all via an app?

I'll send some detail through to you but essentially, the installer provides us with the Camera make, fixed IP of camera and the SIA event that will be the trigger.
Support will then set up remotely (either at or post install).
So sia event from the intruder? Like system open?
Ive seen the demo of your office

Evening...I should be able to help here.
We (WebWay) are the providers of CONXTD,
Supports Apple and Android, push notifications on alarm event (not SMS) and supports any panel via our platform that is signalling SIA. Remote set/unset to be released shortly.
Imaging is supported and can be triggered to a single camera on a SIA event with 6 pre, 1 alarm and 6 post images delivered. IP camera's supported are Avigilon, HikVision, Vista, more to follow.
Hi jim,
is is there any set up guides for this? Something I want to look into when I get ten mins :-)
dahua Intergration would be good

Yes that's your office though
Customers premesis can be a bit different very poor networks out there lol
You can do either gprs, ip or both, so can't see that ever being an issue

9651, does it support SMS or just push notifications via the app?
Just push
never missed a beat, I have it on our office for test/Demo and it's useful for clo/op notifications
-
If it's not monitored, just use conxtd via Webway
Push notifications to smart phones showing op/clo, or log in via browser for more detailed reports
no brainier if it's not monitored

Works well.
We have a few out there now, and have our office down for demo purposes, sells itself for the custkmers who want system to "txt" we steer them this way
Have them on gal and texe.
push notifications etc, much better than the Texecom app for instance,
Can be used stand alone for customers who don't want arc, or in conjunction
I did hear a whisper they're developing remote arm disarm??
-
Intergrates well with third let equipment
it's now our go to panel for combined intruder Cctv, couple of ricochet expanders and external gjd's, works really well
flush keypads look good too (llcdp)

id have one over any 2 Series galaxy any day. Do you not find UDL a bit flaky also??
Much better suited over a GD gal in a domestic imo. Though they cant match a Gal for robustness
-
Its a lovely bit of kit webway& texe combo.
I actually want us to ditch G2 galaxy for a poly prem as it UDL's MUCH better than 2 series galaxy
-
i was under the impression it was 'kinder' to switch a ov, ie less of a spike so to speak???
-
Ive yet to fit a confirmed HU on a new install.......
had a couple where weve lost URN. We had a site that the PAB's got soaked under a bar and went high res one night and it got policed X2...... so just set up HV on the galaxy and instructed the ARC
-
G2 has no double knock, must be the only panel out there that doesn't.
-
we don't have zones set up as omit. If the customer wants it, it's logged
-
Never assume
it certainly could be iD

G2 is near obsolete now, limited panel anyway imo
