Anybody recommend a good transmitter and reciever for cctv to work over 500m if possible? No line off sight available!!

RDT make a radio transmitter which is apparently pretty good, about £500 though.

Has anyone here actually used any of the RDT stuff, if so, over what distance, line of sight etc.
Ive used various stuff before with some fairly good results, but im further interested if the more expensive equipment is any better.
The reason being is that it puzzles me somewhat as no 2 units can output on public frequencies past a fixed maximum however, the difference in price can be hundreds of pounds.
It would be nice if we could still use microwaves freely!
