When was the last time the unit was serviced as this would be good time to get a professional in to give it a once over whilst hopefully repairing the system? We do not give out codes, manuals or defaulting information here for security reasons. If you can't contact the original maintainer, I would recommend you call a few local companies and inquire about a service. Well you will need to default the system which may mean reprogramming it , you could pay someone to do once over and provide you with it , but if it's cost excersice then may reflect what your trying to protect meaning it's low priority Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
aissecur Posted October 17, 2017 Share Posted October 17, 2017 (edited) in order to change the engineer code (if unknown) it will mean a full default of the system and would require it being fully re- programmed from scratch. Unless you are fully ofay with alarms and competent I strongly suggest this is carried out by a competent alarm engineer.
