paul44
Is there a standard T and C form for customers covering intruder, cctv etc that I can download anywhere, or does everyone create their own?

paul44
I've started writing some, every time you think ive done it all I think of something else. Its mainly for the "my sensors fell off when I was dusting" brigade who happen to be decorating at the time and want them re fitting for free. matthew.brough
Bet that wasn't cheap! It wasn't about 3k but worth the investment when we take people to court who can't wriggle on a technicality. The other advantage was if the lawyer had made a screw up we would have recourse to sue under his professional indemnity insurance. matthew.brough
Lol. That's with with these acquisitions we are doing, we get someone to give us a valuation therefore if it goes South we have a comeback on their professional advice insurance.
