Cubit
With the state of the BT bodge jobs I'm coming across, they have no moral high ground for criticising anyone.
norman
Like most trades they have gone tits up, cash is king... Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
sixwheeledbeast
Had a similar issue again today. Streamline machine plugged in before the DSL filter, causing the internet and therefore CCTV connection to drop out when in use. The replacement DSL faceplates are definitely a good idea. timmo66
Yes commercial I got an engineer that was local to the job today to nip in. He connected the phone line into the front of the line box, and still the same outcome.
datadiffusion
Im guessing the unit does something frequency wise that wouldnt usually be an issue, beyond the filtering capabilities of a plug in filter. A UK made pressac brand faceplate, esp the vdsl one, is better made than most plug ins and might make it work. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
petrolhead
What about an act filter? Any other unfiltered devices on the line?
