Its affect is data only, so Voice etc is still useable. Ive just got in the office and understand that the fault has been identified. That's about the time the fault occurred Barsnake... In answer to Mr Happy, no I dont think anyone should have been disturbed out of hours for a service delivery issue...and yes Smart Reporting has protected the vast majority of sites that were affected by this problem.
