Maybe its the maintex side of things that plays up,I'll test it. never used maintex, thats their remote maintenance software right? have you set this up then to auto "do something" with a panel via webwy? PSTN UDL falls over all the time so if everything pans out we will be using IP/GPRS for the connection to most of the sites.I'll let you know how it goes.
