If I'm ever stuck on a panel it's really useful to have an almost a4 size screen with he ability to search for specific words in a manual in seconds. Other than that it stays in the van. Why would they???You are conected via citrix from anywhere. You would use the above to access your workstation remotely then conect to custodian or mentor or, or, Customers! This gives a virtual remote desktop and asked did custodian have this facility. My response is that Swift have a SmartPac connection using Citrix VPN. You can use any RDP or logme in to view SmartPac on your works desktop from anywhere in the world, it has nothing to do with custodian.
