Jpeg2000 Dvr Password Help!

Hi have just changed the hdd in a customers dvr but now asking for hdd clear but is keylocked and customer cannot remember what it was!! have tried 1234 etc but no such luck? can anyone help?

its ok found the the manual on the net, was an admin password and was in the manual.
