Can someone tell me what technology the Texecom fobs use. Once an alarm panel has given a code to a fob, is it possible to use the same fob with a door entry system? Any particular models recommended?

texecom fobs work with texecom, whoever the texecom alarm can read other fob by using a reader

Yes, the for may be used on door entry, but there are conditions.
For what i think you're trying to achieve, you're coming at it the wrong way round.

Cubit: So what is the right way round? How are people getting a door entry system and Texecom alarm system to use the same fobs?
