Hi All

I have installed another one of these but need to set up automated attendance. I have switched on in programming managed to record menu

1 for sales

2 for admin

3 for manager

etc etc and all works fine except one thing. if no one answers call or i hang up call all the phones then ring for a couple of minutes even though caller has hung up. Any ideas. is this to do with DISA settings? is so what settings do i need for if caller hangs up it ends call all together.
