I've lost the manual for the keyboard controller and I can't seem to find a download for it.

Can anyone help?

i don't know this kit, is it not simply attached with a RJ11 lead like most others?

the keyboard normally mimics the front panel, the cameras if PTZ will have their own menu instructions access from command functions.

if no joy, although likely very competent, maybe this is not high end high cost kit.

tbh if i were faced with it, i'd suggest replacement with one of the many easy to get units sourced in the UK but not off ebay.

you might get a response but have to wait, if they do not have any english speaking/reading people, they may have to get your request translated.
