You will be aware Cenelec is currently developing the EN50132 suite of CCTV standards. The first part of this suite, EN50132-1 is now published as a National standard.
There has been some debate over the content of this standard, in particular that of the concept of grading of CCTV systems in real life applications. BSIA CCTV Section has commissioned a 'impact assessment' to establish the potential application of the standard in the UK. We have also debated the same in BSI GW1/10 and the outcome of that committee is to discuss the application of this standard once it is published.
