MattSmithy Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 Hi I have a GDK-16 phone system, it used to have a on hold message which was played when someone was placed on hold, this was connected internally via CN22 Terminal Block marked MOH. We have since removed this device and now wish to go back to just the beeps or some form of noise rather than nothing.
