Sorry, but we are not authorized to give out such information due to potential security and copyright issues. The manual itself is of little use anyway without the engineers code. If you have an issue with your system, perhaps contact the original installer for advice.

Engineer Codes - Who can have them

With a professionally installed system,

British Standard PD6662 (effective from 1st October 2005) dictates that only engineers can access engineering

Permitting a user to access engineering breaks regulations

Hope this helps you to understand where we are coming from

Someone told me I was ignorant and apathetic, I don't know what that means, nor do I care.

Doesn't this depend on the Grade of alarm? DIY = Grade 1 anyway?

If you search for "Scantronic 9651 engineers manual" on Google at least one shop linked will sell you one for

He's got the Engineer's code & is looking for a manual.

Doesn't sound like it's professionally maintained.

That's an assumption.

Have you considered why the OP has not gone back to the original installer??

Not that it matters, we still can't give the manual out.

Oh, and Ebay and a manual for

Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional

So which Grades of alarm does this apply to?

it bares no relevance as what ever the poster tells us we don't know the true grade of the system installed, and we wouldn't like someone to give our customers a manual causing them to void their contract and forcing us into a legal issue we could do without.
