Anyone thought of or gone down the road of renting systems and fixed term contracts.....I know it's ADT (sorry for swearing) route. But people like a free install and monthly pay. Don't know how much is involved with setting up credit agreement, advice welcome

A lot boils down to what the client can afford and preference. I've been installing visonic powermax for past 3 - 4 yrs, had very few problems, people turning their nose up at installation price now which is the average price. The Yale system can be purchased for just over half the price and does the same job as in protecting clients premises and notifying them too.

Its for door entry systems on communal entrances of residential flats. Residents using BGU for no reason at all then there's a charge for maintainers to attend site to reset unit

Also is there a timed reset BGU on the market

Break Glass Unit for access control system. Is there any regulations to say if you can or can not have a timed self resetting BGU on an access control system
